This is a working initiative spearheaded by the Pan African Women’s Association of Surgeons (PAWAS) aimed at enhancing collaboration between international, regional and local surgeons, clinicians and patient advocates to improve the provision of breast surgical and oncology services in LMICs and to deliver practical, cost-effective and resource appropriate solutions that ensure best practice in all settings.
